40 ~45

Here comes the update for Mr.T's office. At this stage we begin to set up all furnitures, drawers, and whatever that is necessary...

Window blinds from Ikea for Mr. T's room.

This was what I mentioned about the creative painting in older post. 2 layer colours from the hall way leading to washroom^^

Pantry. Here is where we are gonna use to stuff foods and drinks. The best place to chill whenever you've suffered from work all day long!!

Reception area. Any service enquiry, details and information will be provided here.

Washroom basin. I personally think that this was the most perfectly done area. Look at the colour and the drawer size...both just meant to be together! (mind you peeps, the drawer and basin were bought separately. It's our own idea to match them up)

Security system. The sound of the alarm is so so horrible!!
"Robbers, if you are smart please stay away from the office or else I'll see you in jail!!!"

Front glass door. The most costly door ever!!

Brendan's August in KL

HAKUNAMATATA!!!
Time flies really really fast, it's already September which mean my school will be starting real soon!!! MY GOD!! Having to think at those endless workloads and assignments, sleepless night...I'm feeling dizzy already :s

No matter how much I wished that time don't come at that speed, still we have to accept the fact...we're living in a realistic world afterall...having said that, let's come back to my real life peeps!! My Aug diary....a baby diary instead =)
Hello people. My name is Brendan. I'm officially one year old at the month of July but I only came back and celebrate with my relatives in Malaysia in August. This was my 2nd trip to Asia, where I lived in London since the day I was born. I barely knew each and everyone in KL yet I love them very very much. I knew I've gave them lotza trouble as I cried and yelled all the time, didn't want to be close to anyone except my lovely mummy cause to me all of them were so strange. I appreciated cause they always bring me here and there, to shopping, food hunting, strolling me at the park, and visiting grandpa at the hospital.

I met with a little brother, his name was Kai Jun. He just look sooo like me when I was at his age, chubby and cute! He was one of my favourite playmate during in KL. Together, we eat, smile, play and have fun! Baby usually plays toy but we both play photographing and pulling hair! Kai Jun didn't even feel pain when I pulled his hair! how nice!!
That's my birthday cake with my name written on it!! It looks yummy!! I can't wait to savour it!!
"mama! mama!" I only call mummy when I ask for food
"Thats my cake!! You don't steal it away from me!!!"

eating my birthday cake...Tiramisu was my all time favourite!! "mama, can I have somemore, please!!!"

Here was the place where I had my birthday dinner with families in KL. The restaurant has this very antique style of decoration. You can see lotza those days famous artist and singer's potraits hanging all over the restaurant's wall. Besides the harmony environment, they serve delicious nyonya cooked dishes to the customer. Sorry peeps there's no photo for food due to Jie Jie Elaine was very moody that night and she knew that was her mistake for not taking down and promise will replace back if she get the chance to go again in the future.

This was Jie Jie Elaine. She was the one who drive me and mummy day and night, bring us wherever we want. And she was busy at the same time with his bf's office reno work.

Her bf went to his client's company annual dinner and he managed to draw a crocs cash voucher value RM50!!

Jie Jie Elaine was delighted cause her bf brought her somewhere so that she could shop till her drop!! That place sold consmetic, perfume, bag, apparel, shoewears, and jewellery!! Her bf even bought her something special which she wouldn't have that chance to buy in her entire life without saving up money!!! Wei Jie gorgor, she say she love you to the max

I stayed in KL for 3 weeks and I had to say all my families in KL were very nice and kind and caring <3>

We did spend some quality time together although I'm still young, couldn't understand the conversation between mummy and all the Jie Jies and Ah Gims...but I know they love and care each other so much. After our flight back to London, we probably only see them again latest in December...

and I already miss them back in London...

new leaf

someone had said something to me today, which eventually make me feel delighted...well, a bit of emotional distraction too :s

people tend to say "woah, you've changed a lot ever since you got a boyfriend" and whether it's good or badly changed, that's dependable. Most of the time will be bad, that's what I think.

But for my case, am glad that's a good one!! I'm happy to see the result of this change.

Mr.T, you make me feel that I'm turning into a new leaf...and I hope this feeling goes on till the end of my journey, because I want to keep learning...there is nothing else on earth worth to discover except LEARNING

15 ~ 40

Continue on the renovation progress for office...
after flooring, cabling, mending ceiling hole...next we have these big stuffs installed in each area and room in the office.

No matter rain or shine, we need them.

day or night, we need them.

eat or sleep, we need them.

they are the human's lover, but earth's hater!!

That's our big friend---air conditioner :)

HAHAHAHA!!! Sooooo cooling! Although the whole premise still under a mess and half-done condition, however when everytime we turn on the air-cond, already we could picture the scene when we spend time in the office, sitting on comfortable couch watching movie screening on LCD plasma TV with amazing audio system...doesn't that sounds wonderful?!
This was installed in the conference room, which was only 1.5hp
The hero, Uncle Meng!! He was removing all the stain and dust on the wall. People who knows how to paint would understand why he did that. And there, the painting work commence.
What do you need to kick start the painting work? Well, it's all shown in the picture above! old news-paper, paint brush and roller, water, masking tape, wall sealer and of course the main character--- paint (colour).
This is the office pantry. We begin painting at this area. Mr.T and I decided to paint the whole office white in colour at the first place. However, we changed our mind later on because we realised the idea wasn't appropriate for what we've planned. So we made up our mind, 4 different colours for different areas. (will update soon in next post)

TADA!!! The brand new look for pantry! Yaya, we decide to paint it white...not only for pantry but also for technician room and washroom. Besides, we did some creative painting at the washroom area ^.~ pictures will be up soon in next post!!

To be frank we actually used up too much time to get the painting job done...who to blame, Mr.T and I not the professional after all...we paint millionz coat for a single wall, where the pro one would only take one day to finish walls with only 2 coat for each!!!

Fortunately, we're almost done with painting, which mean it's a big step forward to the opening day. Hurry up hurry up!!! Can't wait to see the final stage of the whole premise!

waiting with full anticipation ^^

The Yap's siblings. See the hard work that we've contributed?? Credit to us la!!!!

my heart reeling with shame and anger at once, because I realised there are two stupid indian fellows laugh at me when I was on the floor!!! #$%@*#*
wuuuu...can you see my wound?!!! That really hurt :(((
Besides, I have lots of small and redish wound all over my legs...

Oh my..oh my....don't know how long could this take to be recovered....no more shorts for outing :(((

0 ~ 15

Halo peeps...please don't get confuse by the numeric title as I'll use it to indicate every step we made to the final stage for office renovation. Today's post will be from 0% to 15%, which is still in the very very early stage, things that we begin to work on right after we got the premise. So let's check this out!!

This is how the premise look like during the early stage. White walls, and empty floor...however, we are so glad that the partition and lightning were already done by the previous tenant...well, it happens that the previous tenant left the premise with the renovation half-done. I was wondering at the first place that why he/she left the place just like that, and the owner offer us with a really really cheap rental that you definitely can't imagine!! I was so gobsmacked when I first heard at the price!! What I had in mind was that must be something un-usual happened in the premise, and the owner have no choice but to offer price 50% lower than the market price!! SHIT!!! I knew there must be something...something bad happen which explain why the previous tenant run away without considering how much he/she spent for the office (partition work is very very expensive)
Mr.T didn't have that much worry like me he just take the premise anyway! And there the renovation job commence...

First, wo go with the flooring...

The floor was done by Mr.T's client, who specialise in doing construction, marble and granite installation as well as interior work. The flooring material you see in the picture call pebblewash. Although pebblewash is not physically good looking, but it turns out with very good effect once it's done!! Didn't know it can make into different colour! That surprise me!! Black colour for showcase and lounge area.

Multi-colour for Mr.T's room and conference room!!

Dang Dang Dang Dang!!! Mr.T working on his own office!!! BIG BIG CLAP for the hardworking spirit=) Did you guys have any idea on what he was doing?? He was actually digging hole for the ceiling...technically, for the whole office!!!

Look at that!!! I dig, I dig, I dig digdig!!! And what's all the hole for??

Have any clue? Let me hint you...spot the white rectangle box at the corner of the room and see what is coming out from the box..

TADA!!! Now you understand what's all the hole for...do not underestimate my Mr.T !! He did the cabling work all by himself!!! Good Job, dear! BIG BIG KISS for you, Muackss!!

While Mr.T happily digging hole, there was someone behind sadly mending each and every hole!! It's no easy job though, very hectic and energy consuming cause you have to climb up and down the ladder all the time.

Aloooo!!! LOL...that's the hard guy, my uncle!! He actually did all the hole mending job for the office without asking for any pay!!! I LOVE YOU , Uncle Meng!!! He has been soo helpful and generous and kind, help us to find out every problem that we have in the office, which Mr.T and I probably wouldn't have realised!!

"Uncle Meng, I give you my deepest gratitude! Thank you for being our helper and problem solver for soo many thing, and for the coming painting owrk!!!"

There you are, for the early stage progress...I'll be updating more about it!!

Stay tune ^.^

Julieeeeee

As you know my dog named Babe, so when I want her to come over to me I'll go "Babe...Babe, come on!!!"

Recently, instead of calling 'babe come on', I'll go "Babe...Babe... tell me what you what you waiting for?!!" LOL....too much listening to the song...sorry, I just couldn't help but blurting out the phrase whenever I call my dog,hehe*_*

Time flies, it's August, another great and new life ahead, people!!
Lets sum up what's happened in July...it's normal and very random life dairy. In fact, i failed to take down some pictures during furniture hunting for Mr.T's(the bf will be appear in the post with this name) office. Speaking of it makes me depress to the max because Mr.T and I were actually planned to move in at the 1st week of August as we wanted to avoid the Chinese Ghost Festival, which will be in the 2nd week of August. We couldn't make it without getting those door, flooring and other renovation jobs done! I always know things sometime can't work out as what we've planned...but still we always have hope. We even seek for sifu's(one of my very close fortune teller guru) help for choosing the best day to move in the office! Mr.T was upset having to miss out the 'best day'...situation has led us to nowhere, so I told Mr.T no point worry and rush for the date, we go on with it, do everything accordingly, focus on what we have to do now and am sure we could find the right day. I'm praying hard every single day now, Mr.T has decided to move in next week, so lets hope the dream come true!
Alright, that's too much now let's have some pictures!!
Sophie Kinsella! Actually i mixed up the sequence, I should read shopaholic ties the knot before shopaholic&sister. Well, I spend 2 weeks for each and that makes up a month for 2 books!! Very fast huh!!
*Happy Birthday to you* It was Yen Teng's B'day, we brought her out for movie 'Eclipse' and later to dinner at Pasta Zanmai

3 of us taking picture outside...Q-ing up for seats!!

This was the day Mr.T and I went to Bon Odori, a Japanese Cultural Event. It was our 1st try to involve in this, unfortunately we end up with very bad experience :(
A word is more than enough to describe the whole situation there, CROWDED!!! We actually went there hoping that we can find some very delicious Jap food for dinner...not until we saw the amount of people standing, Q-ing up for food!!OMG, the place was a mess...after going round the food tents we eventually decide to leave the place for good! People there were crazy!! Foods were extremely pricy!! Failed to have Jap food at Bon Odori, but we head back to DPC-Rakuzen for dinner...far more comfortable to dine in here than sitting on the grass eating outdoor!!

My favourite!! Forget the name already, Opps!

Saw this multi-functional cute stuff selling in a 'satu barang dua ringgit' store in the morning market. You can use for your clothes, notes, decoration, and even use it as a hair accessories!! Just like what I did ^.~
tada!!! Creative huh?!

I post this up in fb and i get comments like "oh! soo cute!" Who is cute?? I bet they mean the gal with mushroom head...LOL!!! Ahha, and that's my younger sista^.~

That day I was suppost to fetch my other sistas from school, and I reached there a bit earlier...thats what we do in the car while waiting for the time to pass...I know I'm lame :s

the boy in this picture: "stay tune for August, see you!"

Oh right, are you wondering who is that the little chubby boy?! Stay tune for my August post then :p

Guess that's all for now, July...hate it or love it...

xoxo
