Thats how I keep reminding myself lately. As a 2nd year Uni student there is a huge responsibility I have to bear and its hardly that I can have leisure time to enjoy the other side of my life. Before this situation can make any worse, it may be wise to have some activities that can physically and mentally calm you down, just like what I do:
join yoga class (night time yoga rocks!)
swim under the moon(night swim, release body tension)
day time dating(go wherever you want, walk as much as you can, play as mad as possible, put those tasks behind *bloody assignments please go off for a moment in my life* and funs ahead *of course must have strong self- control as well*)
pleasure talk with whoever is your Life Guru(this really works all the time yet a good listener and a good sharing person is a must)
Irresistable day trip(go for a short day trip during weekends, a natural getaway sounds alright)
If someone would have asked me what I wish to have in my following life.
'I wish I could expand the time, instead of 24hrs a day I wish to have 48hrs, 72hrs, 96hrs...'
The time is getting short and shorter as year goes by and it is a terrific fact for me!
step back, take a deep breathe... and you are well prepare yourself for a great challenges future!
That's my recent philosophy!
